Who We Are

Eggplant Events Production brings experience in graphic design, marketing, and creative event planning as well as strong managerial skills such as budgeting, working with municipalities and volunteers, and organization that keeps everything running smoothly. We have worked with non-profits, large government contracts, local community officials, and corporate clients. Eggplant Events Production is devoted to developing marketing campaigns for events and associations of all sizes with varying content to best suit your needs. An example of a favorite theme development was for "Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid" at "The Chamber Chorale" created for volunteers of the Chamber of Commerce. The challenge of the task was that the lunch would be held in a boardroom and the decorating budget was extremely low. By using red gingham tablecloths and paper bags filled with peanuts, the tables looked ready for a big meal. Drinks were iced down in silver buckets and drink coolers were covered to read "Texas Tea" and "Lightning Lemonade." Each guest was given a sheriff's badge name tag and sent into The Chorale through handmade saloon doors. Guests got a special surprise when they saw their faces on old western WANTED signs hanging around the room. With a little creativity, a memorable event was developed to show guests a great time.

On a much larger scale, we have worked on Road Races throughout the Midlands that draw regional and national participants. We have been able to increase participation by 100 percent and secure additional sponsorship income due to recruitment and retainment efforts. Our level of involvement ranges from developing and producing the entire race to consulting and managing specific areas of the event.
